Position Summary

iEducate is seeking Tutor Supervisors to support and manage tutors, ensuring program effectiveness, compliance, and alignment with school expectations. This role serves as the direct point of contact for tutors, providing coaching, performance evaluations, and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee tutor adherence to attendance, data submission, and program policies.
  • Provide coaching, performance evaluations, and professional development to enhance tutor effectiveness.
  • Analyze program and tutor data to inform decision-making and implement best practices.
  • Address performance concerns and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between tutors and school stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Onboard and collaborate with school personnel to implement the iEducate model with fidelity.
  • Conduct site visits and meetings to monitor program success, address concerns, and discuss improvement strategies.
  • Ensure clear communication between schools, districts, and tutors regarding expectations, scheduling, and program execution.
  • Support tutor selection and interviewing.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Education or related field (Master’s or higher preferred).
  • Teaching Certificate required; Principal and T-TESS Certification preferred.
  • 7+ years in education, including 3+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven leadership in developing, implementing, and improving educational programs.
  • Strong experience in coaching and mentoring staff, particularly in tutoring or education.
  • Proficiency in data analysis for decision-making and program development.
  • Effective collaboration with school leaders, coordinators, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to mentor tutors while upholding program standards.
